How to use

The affected area has to be thoroughly cleansed. It is advisable to apply after a hot shower, when pores are dilated and more receptive to the active substances. Apply to the affected areas such as the thighs, buttocks and knees, gently pushing skin towards the top, releasing and repeating. This movement is ideal for deeply mobilizing tissues.
