The natural chamomile extract has exceptional dermatological properties thanks to its emollient, soothing and antimicrobial action. In addition to being used to treat inflammation and irritation of the skin, its protective properties against the harmful effects of solar radiation and its effective antioxidant effects are well-known. In particular, the flavonoids of chamomile are not limited to acting at the level of skin surface but penetrate deeply working in synergy with the chamazulene present in the phytocomplex of the plant: the combined activity stimulates the microcirculation of the skin and the activity of the fibroblasts, naturally favoring the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastic fibers present in our dermis.
